Production pilot

Prove ROI on your own charts in 2 weeks.

A scoped Linx AI pilot runs on your real charts, in your workflow. Fixed scope, measured KPIs (autonomy rate, coding accuracy, DNFB reduction), and a clear go/no-go decision at the end.

    Estimate your ROI

    What you'll get

A concrete look at Linx AI, tailored to your workflow.

    Fixed scope, fixed price

One specialty, one EHR, a defined chart volume. No moving targets, no surprise invoices.

    Your real data

We ingest your actual clinical notes and payer mix through a HIPAA-compliant integration; the pilot reflects real production performance.

    Measured KPIs

We report autonomy rate, coding accuracy vs. your reviewers, DNFB days saved, and denial rate on Linx-coded claims.

    Human-in-the-loop by default

Low-confidence charts route to your reviewers or ours; nothing leaves the workflow without oversight.

    How it works

What to expect after you request this.

    1. 1

      Discovery (week 1)

Kickoff, scope, and security review. We confirm specialty, EHR, chart types, sample volume, and reviewer roles.

    2. 2

      Integration (weeks 1-2)

Connect Linx AI to your EHR or export path, load your ruleset and compendium, mirror your review queue.

    3. 3

      Live coding (weeks 3-5)

Linx AI codes production charts. Reviewers audit output, we tune per-specialty rules, weekly performance readouts.

    4. 4

      Results and go/no-go (week 6)

Full KPI report vs. baseline. You decide whether to expand to full production or walk away.

    FAQ

    Common questions

How much does a pilot cost?

Pricing depends on volume and specialty. Most pilots are structured as a fixed fee sized to a few thousand charts; we scope it on the intro call.

    What happens to my data?

PHI stays in a HIPAA-compliant environment with SOC 2 Type II controls. We sign a BAA before any charts move. Data can be purged at the end of the pilot on request.

What if the pilot doesn't hit KPIs?

You owe nothing beyond the pilot fee. We publish the raw data so you can decide with confidence.

Can we expand to more specialties after?

Yes. Adding a new specialty typically takes 2-4 weeks once the first is live, because integration and governance are already in place.
